Event Registration Terms and Conditions

All participants are responsible for accurately completing their registration form. The event organizers will not be liable for any errors made by participants during registration. Should a mistake occur, please contact the organizers within 48 hours to request any necessary corrections.

Entry Fees Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable in the following cases:

1. Incorrect Category Selection – If a competitor registers for the wrong category (e.g., an adult entering a children's category or a male competitor entering a female category).

2. Competitor Withdrawal – If a competitor withdraws from the event for any reason other than a verified medical condition, supported by medical documentation.

3. Failure to Attend – If a competitor fails to attend the event.

4. Breach of Rules – If a competitor is disqualified or otherwise exempt from competing due to violating competition rules.

5. Competitor Ban – If a competitor enters the event after being banned.

Entry fees may be refunded under the following circumstances:

1. Insufficient Entries in a Category – If a category has only one participant.

2. Event or Category Cancellation – If the organizers cancel a category or the entire event.

3. Organizer-Approved Refunds – If the organizers, following a review, decide a refund is appropriate. Refunds will not be considered for reasons listed in the non-refundable conditions above.

Additional Charges and Corrections

If an incorrect category is selected, an administrative fee may be applied to amend the entry, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
